Landscape Art

Something about the coming of summer has me excited to get outdoors. I am most definitely a city kid, but this year I think I am going to try and get into hiking - it's (mostly) free, it's exercise, and you get to enjoy some natural beauty.

I think it is this same excitement about natural beauty that is making me crave some really awesome landscape art for my new apartment. I find landscapes to be really inspiring; I always end up dreaming about the places I could travel to see the best natural scenery or the most sweeping views.

I am not surrounded by a ton of natural beauty (the only views from my apartment are a parking lot and an alley where you drop off recycling) but landscapes remind me that there are so many natural wonders and awesome vistas in the world, and I need to get out and see them.
